5. Give yourself a break 

Once in a while, we need to treat ourselves by taking a break from what we do. Give yourself some short r & r by doing what you love. You can set up a place at home where you can take a couple of minutes to rest and meditate. As the saying goes, work hard & play hard. Avoid stress as much as possible.
