Jennifer Aniston is on on the cover of Vogue in the December 2008 issue wearing a red dress by NARCISCO RODRIGUEZ striking a beach pose. This Vogue cover bears a striking de ja vu resemblance to the one that Angelina Jolie shot for Vogue a year ago on a beach in Africa.
The interview in the December 2008 issue was about John Mayer, Jennifer Aniston’s feelings about Angelina’s open talk about Brad, how Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and in general how “uncool” it was for Angelina Jolie to talk so openly about the beginning of her relationship with Brad Pitt in past interviews when Jennifer Aniston did not know very much about those details during the time they happened.
All that being said, I think the most interesting fact is that the covers both had red dresses and were both shot on the beach. And for me, the most interesting fact is the fact that Narcisco Rodriguez has become the darling of the Fashion industry lately with his Election Day dress for Michelle Obama and now this very important December 2008 red dress cover for Jennifer Aniston. Congrats to Narcisco Rodriguez. Your Spring 2009 collection was definitely a winner.
In the other photos, Jennifer Aniston is wearing the following: The red and navy striped dress is Michael Kors, and the bikini is Narcisco Rodriguez.

Michelle Obama wore a red and black dress on election night versus the black and white dress seen on the View from White House Black Market
Michelle Obama wore a black and red dress by Narcisco Rodriguez from the Spring 2009 collection tonight on election night and I am not sure if I loved the dress on her. However, the black and white dress she wore on the View a few weeks back was a favorite of mine that sold out right away. It is back in stock and you can own it now.
