You tired of the snow and rain yet? Are you ready to get out and go to Punta Mita, St. Barts, or The Caribbean? Don’t forget to pack your white dresses for the beach days and nights. Take a look at the white dresses I like from Kisuii Estela, Melissa Odabash, PilyQ Rion, and Mara Hoffman. I brought quite a few to my resort vacation this holiday season and they came in quite handy for my night time beach dinners in Sayulita as well as my day time hang outs on the pool beds.
I wore my Joie white dress (which is now on sale for 60% off ) a few times while in Mexico on vacation and it worked out perfectly for a night time dinner at Mary Mita’s Beach Bistro at the St. Regis as well as exploring the nearby towns in Punta Mita during the day.
When a white bathing suit is well lined, it is one of the best colors to wear for a bathing suit. White bathing suits look fresh and show off a tan in the most chic ways. My favorites include a good looking halter tie neck one piece swimsuit that looks sexy and classy at the same time. Not too much skin and looks great when you pull on that skirt to go to lunch from the pool. I took my white Lands End white bathing suit with me to the W Hotel in Punta Mita for our resort vacation this season and it was perfect for the colorful ocean side cabanas.
Lands End Halter Tie One piece suit on sale for $33.97 from $149 – 70% off
Coqui Coqui blends exotic herbs and oils from the Mexican Yucatan peninsula to create entirely natural perfumes and bath products. Crafted in the town of Valladolid, each scent is inspired by the history and traditions of the local area. Expect warm, tropical notes of Eucalyptus, Smoky Cedar and Orange Blossom. When we were in Tulum, Mexico we visited the Coqui Coqui boutique right across from the Hartwood Restaurant that was always crowded every night. It was full of beautiful perfumes and leather bags and there was also a coffee shop next door. It was beautiful and had we known they also sold perfumes that doubled as mosquito repelent we would have been even happier. Well for those of you who are now going on spring break and may be heading to the warmth of Tulum Mexico or Cabo, think about picking this up for your carry on before you get on the plane. You will thank me when you get back. I sure wish I had noticed that they sold mosquito repelent perfume in their little Coqui Coqui boutique while I was there. I would have happily bought bottles of it. Here you can buy it now for $14 and take it with you. You are welcome.
