Proenza Schouler PS1 Black Clutch – why it is so darn good  – I recently watched the move This is 40 with Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann and I laughed until I cried. The movie was so true to life for married couples in their 40’s that Judd Apatow just did an amazing job of making those everyday crazy events funny.
What I loved about the movie was of course all the Proenza Schouler PS1 bags that Leslie Mann’s character carried in the movie. She had a grey colored medium size PS1 bag and she also had a great looking cognac brown clutch for one of their night’s out when they when to see Bryan Adams play.
Why do I love this Proenza Schouler Clutch so much? I think the reason is because it is not very small. Lots of clutches are small and you cannot just put all your stuff in it and then you never use it. This clutch is quite big and has 2 compartments. The 1 compartment can fit a whole wallet, keys and cell phone in it. When you go out for the evening and you don’t want to take a big bag, the clutch is roomy and holds everything you need, but it looks compact so it does not ruin your outfit with a day bag.
Leslie Mann is one of my favorite comedy actresses. I think she always has perfect comic timing and is beautiful at the same time. She was recently spotted wearing a pair of Citizens of Humanity “Rocket†leatherette coated skinny jeans in Black while playing Pictionary on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on August 14, 2012 in New York, NY.
I loved the review someone left about these jeans because it really helps when making a decision to buy jeans online.
This pic of these jeans dont even begin to do them justice!!! I tried them on in store and immediately had women swooning around me telling me how fantastic they fit! I have tried MANY coated jeans and these by far exceed all! The fit is comfy and thick, not hard and creasing like all the others. Also the size is true, right down to every inch. They look so chic and are extremely comfy at the same time. I honestly would of never purchased these just by looking at them online….but in person, you will not be dissapointed! I will say that I am 5’7, so if you are any shorter than the bunching at the bottom might be too much, and they are a higher rise but in a flattering way. I personally love the bunching a bottom it only adds to the rock’n’roll vibe! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
A few of you have written in about Leslie Mann’s earrings she wore in Judd Apatow’s movie Funny People starring Adam Sandler and Seth Rogan. I found them for you here. Click the photo to buy them now. They are by one of my favorite designers:
