The trend of the season is color. One of my favorite of the trends is the lilac purple color. I have bought it in the AG Stilt jeans and the Calypso lilac t shirts, and the Calypso cashmere duster. Now that I see that there is a great pair of comfortable ballet flats in lilac that can go with all my on trend lilac pieces, I may have to snatch it up. These French Sole lilac ballet flats are made of raffia so that you can wear them with your cropped white linen pants and tops for the summer and keep everything breezy and light. Imagine wearing your favorite floral dress with these pretty flats. I just love the color and the raffia makes it officially summer. Wear these flats while you are sipping your mint pineapple elixir on the porch visiting your friends at their beach house in North Carolina this summer.
I love Prada flats because they have really perfected the most comfortable ballet flat in the world as far as I am concerned. I own a pair of these cushioned Prada ballet flats in black and can tell you from first hand experience these are the ones to get for spring. If you are planning on traveling this summer and touring lots of museums and walking long distances, you should get a pair of padded insole ballet flats that will take you from day to night without a worry. For those of you who like to be tall and wear heels while walking over the cobble stones in Paris, I cannot help you. For those of us who value comfort and fashion, these Prada flats are the only pair of shoes you will need besides a great pair of heels when you travel.
Why do I like these ballet flats so much besides the fact that they are comfortable. Look how sweet they look in this nude beige ballet pink color in patent leather with a dainty pink bow. It is printed Prada right at the cap toe of the ballet flats in the same color as the ballet flat for that subtle recognition of the brand. This is a pair of shoes you can wear on the plane, walking in the streets, and everywhere in between. I think they are just so pretty, you can even wear them to work with a grey skirt and a tunic top in the spring.
