If I were Kristy Coventry…Chanel Bespoke Scarf Chair and a Catherine Malandrino black motorcycle leather jacket from the Fall 2008 Runway
If I were Kristy Coventry, the US Based gold medalist Olympic swimmer representing Zibabwe who was just given a $100,000 cash prize by President Robert Mugabe, I would buy a few things to reward myself and save the rest of course. Here are some of the items I love for Fall 2008.
Let’s start with this unbelievable
Bespoke Scarf Chair by Suzan Fellman. The chair is made with Vintage silk designer scarves which give the high-profile treatment to a low-profile slipper chair.
The one featured here is made up of 3 different scarves 1 of which is Chanel which makes it all the more special for me.
Then there is Catherine Malandrino’s Fall collection with her many textures and fabrics bringing feminine and rugged together. I love the Malandrino black leather motorcycle with the feminine floral designs. This is a must have for fall.
Then just a light whisper of a piece from Adam which is a gray ombre pull over tunic piece that you can take along and wear over a white tank and white jeans. A go anywhere piece.
Finally, Anya Hindmarch is genius because she brings back that classic look of a rabbit fur jacket with a twist that can only be Anya.
These items plus a perfect clutch or purse is all you need to get started now for Fall.
