RED Valentino Lace Up Booties with Shearling – I love the Chanel combat boots from a few years back, but this season’s quilted leather combat boots from Chanel are not my favorite. I also owned the granny boots from the 90’s by Prada and then the Ann Demeulemeester combat boots as well. Enter the new and very feminine pretty and touch and edgy Red Valentino combat boots with the shearling lining with a bow on the back of them so you can wear short pants or a skirt with them and I am in love. These are definitely THE must have pair of lace up combat boots for the fall and winter season if you are looking for a great pair of lace up combat boots. And if you are looking for a pair of boots to keep you warm while commuting to work that you can wear with pants or a dress or a skirt. I like these.
Sienna Miller Hidden Wedge Booties by Ash are so Cool. She is always on the cutting edge and these hidden wedge booties that are quite affordable at $295 are all the rage with their Western style design. Also she now has 3 3/4 extra inches on her. Love em or hate em?
Isabel Marant Cluster Wedge Boots – Hidden Wedge looks Flat  – little unfair right that tall girls are allowed to buy these boots too? Anyhow – since they are buying these booties if you are petite like me – you should think about these booties for Fall from Isabel Marant. They are pretty fabulous because they have a 2 inch hidden wedge inside of them and a 1 inch heel – so they are 3 inches more for you when you put them on with your favorite skinny jeans or dresses this fall but you won’t look like you are wearing heels so you won’t look like you are trying too hard. Cool right? I thought so too.
Paul Andrew Peacock Purple Booties WOW there is a new term to the word peacocking I guess – this bootie is really a statement maker for Fall. If you are going to Fall Fashion Week in New York City after Labor Day this might be a great bootie to own for that week. It will be sure to get your photographed by the Sartorialist if he is around doing that sort of thing anymore or any of the new street style photographers. Here is the thing about these booties – you will have to take heed when you wear them that you do not step in puddles or the feathers will get all gunked up, but other than that I think you are really looking at a stunning pair of statement making ankle booties for fall that you can wear out to a gala or to dinner or on the weekends. Made in Italy natch.
Perfect Ankle Booties for Fall and Winter by Joie – if you are like me and was on the fence about the Isabel Marant dicker ankle booties seen on every celebrity from Kate Bosworth and on and on for the last 2 years, but you did want to participate in the trend…but you also wanted a higher than 2 inch heel…here is the PERFECT and I mean PERFECT ankle bootie by Joie that I think is the one to buy for fall  and winter and you can wear all spring and summer for 2014 also. Here is why – the heel is 3.5 inches so it is that extra inch that us petite gals want, it is that perfect taupe beige color that will go with all of your dark colored leggings and with your floral dresses. These boots can be worn with almost everything in your closet. AND the bonus is that they are under $300. Definitely a great must have shoe for fall and winter and into 2014.
