You cannot go wrong with black leather because it is a great all year round color. But if you want a summer color the dove gray is pretty cool too. After owning and wearing the cognac leather for about a year now I am thinking about getting a dove grey version for summer. This jacket can go with a great dress or with a t shirt and jeans or with trousers for work. There are just so many ways to wear this great jacket that it would make sense to get it in multiple colors if you can swing it.

I love the rainy weather in Los Angeles because it does not rain often and when it does we get to wear all of our great winter clothing. Today is a perfect day to take out the leather jackets and motorcycle boots. Lately it has been raining on the weekends and has not gone above 58 degrees. Since we are getting rain so late in the season we will probably have a few more cold rainy days before spring is fully upon us. I have been coveting the Balenciaga and Isabel Marant leather biker jackets for months now. After searching high and low, I found the only For Joseph Cicletta Leather biker jacket at the Kitson LA event for Ruthie Davis Fall and Winter 2010 shoes last night. The jacket was exactly what I was looking for in terms of brass hardware, supple thick weathered leather, and simple biker design with no additional chotchkas.
Jessica Lowndes of 90210 was recently seen at an event wearing this leather jacket as well. It is a great alternative to the Balenciaga and Isabel Marant biker jackets if you are looking for another option.

Oh yes folks, a custom made piece just for Jennifer Aniston. I saw the fall line up for 2010 for Burberry and that leather jacket does not appear to be there. I am dying for one of those shearling coats, but the leather jacket will be absent sadly. Here is my consolation to you. At least the gray one she wore last season on the cover of Elle was sold at Balenciaga albeit sold out in 2 minutes.
