Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2011 Make Up Looks
The Victoria’s Secret 2011 Fashion Show is coming up in about 30 minutes and I just cannot wait any longer. I want to see what new wings the models have to wear this year down the runway as well as what clothing they will be pairing with these oversized wings. I saw a silver sequin cropped hoodie that looked very cool with a pair of wings in the sneak peak. Adam Levine will sing to his girlfriend and Nicki Minaj, Kayne West, and Jay Z will be performing as well. It is going to be a great show.
For anyone who loves the make up that the Victoria’s Secret models wear every year in the fashion show, this year they are going for quite a change from the dramatic faux eyelashes and going “natural.” The natural look of course still means foundation, powder, blush, mascara, and lipgloss, but at least this year the total look will be pink cheeks like you just got pinched and soft rose colored lips. Nothing too dramatic so that the wings can be highlighted instead of the make up. Catch it on CBS in about 20 minutes.

Perfect Holiday Party Makeup Tips
To get the perfect complexion and glow for the holidays and look natural, I have have found a routine that really works for me over the years and wanted to share it with you. One of the tips that I still use today was advice given to me by DKNYPR Girl.
Here are the steps and tools you will need to achieve that dewy glowy holiday look that will make you feel and look great for all your holiday events.
Step 1 – start with a great primer or serum. The one recommended to me was the Olay Regenerist Serum by Oil of Olay.
Step 2 – Aveeno 100 SPF sunblock.
Step 3 – Your own foundation – liquid is best. Look at Bobbi Brown products.
Step 4 – Philosophy supernatural Moonlight powder.
Step 5 – Bobbi Brown Shimmer eye wash in pink all over eyelid and metallic brown in crease of the eye.
Step 6 – Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner in dark brown on the top lashes and on the far corners of the bottom lashes.
Step 7 – Dior Show mascara in black.
Step 8 – Use a Nars nude lipliner to line the mouth and fill in the inside of the mouth with the lipliner to help color stay in place for hours.
Step 9 – Use a Nars lipgloss like the natural nude Sandpiper to fill in your lips for a great shine.
Step 10 – use a kabuki brush to swoop a little bit of Nars orgasm blush all over the apples of your cheeks for that “I just went for a walk in 50 degree weather” look.
