Stana Katic’s White Shirt from the Castle Blue Butterfly Episode
If you watched tonight’s fun Castle episode called The Blue Butterfly which was sort of a noir detective thriller set in the late 1940′s then you probably saw the white button up dress shirt Miss Stana Katic aka Beckett was seen wearing in the last 45 minutes of the show when she and Castle were coming to the conclusion of their investigation and found the people who disappeared that night with The Blue Butterfly.
I immediately liked the white button up shirt because of it’s mix of classic button up style with a modern spin. The button up shirt has a roll up sleeve button to secure a rolled sleeve in place and to give it a more casual look from a regular go under a work suit button up dress shirt. The v neck was the next detail that caught my eye. It gave the neckline a more feminine look and really shows off a woman’s neck at the right angles. As soon as I spotted the top I knew you would also be in search of this shirt. I searched and found it in black and in white and I picked up both because the shirt was on sale for 40% off the retail price. Each shirt is discounted to $26 and is made of 100% cotton.

Kristen Stewart Looks Parisian Cool
Kristen Stewart was seen looking very Parisian Cool in her Rails military style hoodie in Paris twice this past week. It is great that she is wearing some smoldering eye make up along with her normally casual attire. It shows that she cares more about how she is looking these days in photographs because she never used to wear any make up and she seemed to not care at all what she looked like in photographs. I really like the smokey eye on her. It gives her a pretty look with her normally casual attire.
The jacket is a military style jacket with an attached grey hoodie that is just the right type of jacket for a cool cloudy day in London.

Jessica Simpson wears Johnny Was Blue Embroidered Top
Jessica Simpson is pregnant right now and with Eric Johnson now. Back when she was with Nick Lachey and had a show on television Jessica Simpson was seen a few years back wearing Johnny Was. I only recently discovered the brand recently and really love the bohemian pretty vibe of this brand. The clothes remind me of carefree summers and sun kissed skin. If you are looking for some great options for your warm weather vacation this winter or what to wear for your summer vacation, I think Johnny Was is a totally a good bet.
One of my favs from this season is the Johnny Was Tropic Dress. It is a 100% silk dress that is colorful and billowy and feminine. Can you imagine wearing this dress while having a picnic on the beach this summer with your hair in a loose bun and a stack of Chan Luu bracelets on your arm? My other favorite is the short sleeve casing dress with the ruffled sleeves. It is a shorter dress that can be worn all summer in New York City with a pair of flat K. Jacques sandals. It is just the right light dress to throw on when it is 90 degrees out in New York City. I know it seems like it will never be 90 degrees again, but it will come sooner than you think.

Jennifer Lopez wears Pajama Pants in New York City
New York, NY – On Wednesday, February 1st, Jennifer Lopez was spotted leaving her hotel in New York wearing two H.Stern “Stars” rings in 18k noble gold and diamonds ($3,600 and $4,700) a fur scarf and pajama pants. Well they looked like pajama pants. I am just not sure I love the look. If it is a new trend that I have not seen, I think this trend is not really going to take off sorta like the stiletto construction boots she was wearing a few years back.
Jennifer Lopez is such a fashion maven that I wonder if she did this mishmoshed look on purpose. Even the sneakers and the Fendi flannel peekaboo bag are just slightly off and she looks like she is pleased with the look so am I missing something.

Floral Jeans Lana Del Rey Wore in France on January 30, 2012
This season is about wax coated denim, colored denim, and floral denim. It is like 1985 all over again. I am just not sure I like the bright colored denim trend. Unless you are very well proportioned or prepared to wear very high heels, the colored denim trend is not for you. There was a company called Bongo in the 80′s that did denim with pin stripes and colors and I remember owning a pair in red and in blue and white stripes. They also did floral print jeans and I remember not being a fan of floral denim and I find myself feeling the same way all over again. in cream seem to be there is just something that I do not like about them. The floral pattern is pretty enough, but the pattern just does not look like it is that easy to coordinate with anything else. With such a busy pattern on the bottom you are limited in your choices as to what to wear for the rest of the outfit. My advice would be just not to wear floral jeans. However, if you are going to buy a pair of floral denim jeans, these cream colored jeans are probably your best bet.

Kim Kardashian was seen recently wearing Fifteen Twenty’s zebra print ruffle neck top while visiting Khloe Kardashian in Texas. She looked great pairing the outfit with black Christian Laboutin platform ankle boots, a black Hermes birkin bag, and a black faux fur vest.
Kourtney Kardashian was seen with the same top in the audience of Dancing With the Stars recently. The sisters definitely share clothing and bags which is a great way to recycle. My personal favorite of this style is the plain cream colored ruffle top. Personally I think the zebra print is a little too over the top with the ruffles. As a ruffle top in a cream color it is pretty and feminine and just right for work under a jacket or a day out in jeans and a sweater.

As usual Angelina Jolie stunned at the SAG Awards last night wearing a Jenny Packham Cowl Halter black dress. The dress was a simple long gown with a wax coating and a knotted tie at the neck. Her jewels were vintage by Lavande and were of an art deco design. She finished off the look with a Louis Vuitton clutch since she is the face of Louis Vuitton at the moment. Her make up was her usual glam smokey eyed look with nude lips that are oh so flattering on her. She looked happy with Brad Pitt in tow.
