Shopping and Info was started out of frustration when Susana had just given birth to her daughter in 2004 and she could not get out to buy the things she needed for her daughter. She soon realized she did not have to trek to the store, get into the Los Angeles traffic, look for parking, and hope to find the item in stock at the store before braving the long lines and traffic again in the car to get home.
