Imari Serving Authentic Japanese Cuisine

Located in the heart of Brentwood, Los Angeles, California. Imari serves washoku, holding true to traditional Japanese origins by using only the finest and freshest ingredients available.

Not only that, Imari will be led by Michelin-starred chef, David Schlosser. Along side him in the kitchen will Japanese-taught Derek Wilcox, a master sushi chef in his own right. It is unquestionably an authentic Japanese cuisine experience worth experiencing.

Their seafood is sourced from local producers and the pickles for their bento boxes are made in-house. Additionally, they are also using water from a special filtration system that recreates the pH and salinity found in Japan’s water. Now that is authenticity at its finest.
