It is the Rebecca Minkoff The Clutch I have to be honest and say that it is not my favorite bag that Reese Witherspoon has carried over the years, however it does have its positive points. 

It is well priced, it is great for freeing your hands while shopping during the holidays, it is small enough to wear under a coat, it will hold everything you need, and it can be worn casually at the park with your kids or out in the evening.
