Rolex vintage watch J Crew collaboration ???
Many of you probably did not know about this but J Crew has recently done a few very high profile collaborations with high profile luxury brands that have caused quite a stir in the fashion world.
In the last few years under Jenna’s direction, J Crew has become an editor’s pick for clothing and accessories every month for good reason.
The latest 1 minute sell out at J Crew were these 3 styles of Rolex Air King vintage watches that were priced at a reasonable $2,800 to $4,000. This great looking watch from the 70′s was the perfect watch to go with all the collegiate cardigans that J Crew was introducing for Fall 2009. Alas, if you did not know about it the second it was put online, you missed it. I called about every item number and they are indeed sold out. What’s next you might want to know? I don’t know, but if it were up to me, I think a collaboration with Hermes for the vintage Birkin circa 1984 in white and black would be the next logical step.
