Oprah weight loss goal 2009
Today on the Oprah show, Oprah is going to talk about how she gained back 40 pounds in 4 years and the fact that she is upset at herself, and plans to start losing the weight again.
This is definitely going to be a good episode to watch considering it is a New Year and weight loss is on many people’s minds as a resolution. I just started my own weight loss goal of 5 pounds with eDiets.com so that I can lose the weight I gained from Thanksgiving to New Year’s eve so I am really interested in seeing what tips the Oprah show will give on losing weight.
Oprah had this to say in her magazine article,”It’s about using food – abusing food. Too much work. Not enough play. Not enough time to come down. Not enough time to really relax.” Don’t we all know that same feeling?
